Oyster cake goes by many monikers. Teochew Meat Puffs, Teochew Oyster Puff, Fuzhou Oyster Cake, UFO – regardless of name variations, this delicious fried snack stuffed full of meat and seafood has a long history in Singapore.

This resurgence has shone a light on the remaining oyster cake stalls hidden in small kopitiams and large hawker centres all around Singapore, which is where Yummy producer Bruce comes in.

He's scoured Singapore to highlight some of the best Oyster Cake he has had. Can we get an "Orh-yeah!"
