For moms, nothing is more important than preparing nutritious meals for kids. They make sure that their children build a strong immune system and get sufficient vitamins and minerals from the breakfast, lunch, and dinner that they prepare. But this can be a challenge as most children usually find healthy meals bland, less-flavored, and boring. 

Kids often think that healthy cannot be delicious, so they would push their plates away, ignoring the nutrients that they actually need to grow.

This program offers free cooking tips and online modules that aim to encourage the delivery of taste and nutrition in Filipinos' everyday cooking. Simple viands can be turned nutritious and yummy that kids of all ages will enjoy. The program also takes into consideration whatever your budget range may be, so that anyone can easily prepare balanced meals for the whole family.

MAGGI Sarap Sustansya Kusinaskwela works like an online culinary class. It has online modules with entertaining and educational videos on how to make your meals extra tasty and extra healthy. Each episode presents different information to help address varying questions when it comes to cooking and nutrition.

The modules include concepts and recipes developed by the DOST-FNRI, the government agency in charge of fighting malnutrition in the Philippines. 

You may also join the MAGGI Sarap Sustansya Kusinaskwela Facebook group to be part of the program. Apart from the videos, this group contains snackable tips and information, as well as progress checkers where you have a chance to win rewards.
