CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce welcomed two new members in a couple of ribbon cuttings with Driving you Donuts and Kona Ice, on Monday, June 21. The two food trucks were parked outside the chamber office on Jefferson St.
Driving You Donuts is co-owned by Landon Lyon and his wife Melinda. Landon described their food truck as a mobile kitchen on wheels. “We do hot fresh made to order mini-donuts with big flavor,” Lyon said. Kona Ice of Hopkinsville/Clarksville is owned by Stacia Ruger who said Kona Ice is a franchise that started in Florence. Kentucky in 2008, and her family had the first Kona Ice in the Clarksville area in 2013. Ruger added their truck is bright and colorful and you get the friendly service.
