INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – St. Patrick’s Day is almost here.
The day celebrating all things Irish is Wednesday and for those looking to chow down on some Irish-type food, you’re in luck.
Rick Hopkins, food and beverage director at Carmel Market District, stopped by Daybreak Saturday.
He shared some great food ideas, including the classic Irish corned beef, smoked pastrami, shepherd’s pie and Guinness stew.
