So Yummy TV (a division of First Media, Baby First TV) is currently accepting candidates for the position of Sales Planner, reporting to the department’s Account Executive and EVP. This position is currently remote and works with an East Coast based team.
This is an individual contributor role and a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fast-growing company and gain experience across lifestyle verticals including food, health, beauty, parenting, home and entertainment.
Responsibilities:

- Manages and executes the completion and fulfillment of RFPs including Excel and PowerPoint presentations
- Handles a small account list
- Works cross-divisionally to help fulfill client requests
- Coordinates pre- and post-log delivery to clients
- Assists in preparation and follow-up for client meetings
- Compiles, maintains, and distributes weekly booked business report
- Reviews trades daily and gathers industry and account-specific information to help drive revenue growth
- Set-up kick-off calls/emails in preparation for new campaigns
- Manages and delivers weekly reports to clients
- Executes budget revisions, including incremental spends and cancellations
- Works with the Finance Team to assist with the billing process
- Provides data analysis towards meeting advertiser objectives and analyzing success of campaigns
- Other administrative duties to support client relations and team success
