Hackettstown v. Warren Hills.

North Warren v. Belvidere.
Hillside v. Delaware Valley.
These are some of the marquee matchups for lehighvalleylive Hunterdon/Warren football teams in this year’s rather unusual version of a “postseason”.
The NJSIAA released its official pairings for the 2020 post-season groupings.
There are no brackets , or sectional titles, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The state’s five football conferences worked with the NJSIAA to create two additional weeks of games, trying to assure competitive matchups with minimal travel.
Hackettstown had previously announced it was shutting down its program for 2020 due to COVID-19 issues, but the Tigers are back, and will get a chance to play Warren Hills for the 95th time in that storied rivalry. The game will be Nov. 19 -- a Thursday -- at 7 p.m.
“Let’s hope we make it,” said Hackettstown head coach CJ Robinson, whose school has been plagued with COVID issues, interjecting the note of caution every announcement about future plans in 2020 needs.
Hackettstown will not play the weekend of Nov. 13-14.
Here are the games for the lehighvalleylive regional teams. As always, especially in 2020, these are very much subject to change. Not all dates/times are set.
