Five fantasy football sleepers that deserve consideration for your Week 12 lineup.

Now 11 weeks through the 2020 NFL season and with the fantasy football playoffs approaching and bye weeks mostly in the rear view, we are officially on the home stretch. Unfortunately, our Week 11 sleepers did not all come through, though Jalen Reagor and Salvon Ahmed both put up serviceable performances.

Looking ahead to Week 12, there are no teams on bye. However, with multiple positive tests coming out of Baltimore, the Thanksgiving Night game could possibly be in jeopardy. By now, you know the drill: here are five sleepers with tasty matchups that can make a splash in your Week 12 fantasy football lineup.

Note: All stats and info via Fantasy Pros.

Fantasy football sleeper No. 5: QB Teddy Bridgewater, Carolina (vs. Minnesota)

After sitting out Week 11, there is a good chance Bridgewater is sitting on your waiver wire. However, before he went down with injury he was still performing well and currently sits as the QB12 on the year. He has shown his consistent floor as well as his ability to put up big games.

In Week 12 he gets a date with the Minnesota Vikings, who have been showing improvement defensively but are still vulnerable as shown in them giving up a three-touchdown performance to Andy Dalton. With slim pickings for those who are streaming quarterbacks, Bridgewater represents an extremely solid option this week.

Fantasy football sleeper No. 4: RB Gus Edwards, Baltimore (vs. Pittsburgh)

Though Edwards has been mostly fantasy irrelevant all year even with a multi-week absence from Mark Ingram, he has been pushed up the depth chart with the recent positive COVID test results from fellow running backs Mark Ingram and J.K Dobbins.

Even though he gets a matchup with the best run defense in the NFL, he immediately jumps into the RB2 conversation due to volume. Considering Baltimore currently leads the NFL with 32.7 rush attempts per game, Edwards should see at least 20 touches this week.

Fantasy football sleeper No. 3: RB James White, New England (vs. Arizona)

While many believe Rex Burkhead suffering a season-ending injury is good for Damien Harris, James White is actually the true beneficiary. Before his strong performance in Week 11, White had been anything but his usual reliable PPR self, posting only nine catches in the previous four games combined.

He should have a big role in a matchup with Arizona where the Patriots will likely be playing from behind. If White is sitting on your waiver wire in a full PPR league, he should be a strong FLEX play the rest of the season.

Fantasy football sleeper No. 2: WR Nelson Agholor, Las Vegas (vs. Atlanta)

Once known for his drops in Philadelphia, Agholor has actually developed into a solid receiver in Las Vegas. Even though their passing game does not seem to yield many fantasy-relevant wide receivers, Agholor has clearly stepped up into the WR1 role for his team.

Even though he has shown his ability to flop with scores of 0 and 1.3 fantasy points in two of the past four weeks, his ability to find the end zone can not be ignored. I like his chances to catch his seventh touchdown of the year against an Atlanta defense allowing the third-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers.

Fantasy football sleeper No. 1: TE Jacob Hollister, Seattle (vs. Philadelphia)

Hollister has been fantasy irrelevant all year, only eclipsing 22 receiving yards once on the season. However, with a season-ending injury to Greg Olsen, Hollister will likely find himself on the field more often.

With the passing volume and red zone opportunities on Seattle’s offense combined with a Philadelphia defense that has allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends, Hollister is a strong dart throw in an extremely favorable matchup.
