Never tasteless, never boring and definitely not just for vegetarians, tofu is an exciting ingredient—and guest chef Bonnie Chung, author of the cookbooks “Tofu Tasty” and “Miso Tasty,” is here to showcase three easy, imaginative and inspiring tofu dishes.
Each dish is designed to show you the many textures of tofu, from crispy to creamy to silky, as well as its versatility from breakfast to dinner and dessert. All the dishes are vegetarian or vegan and full of flavor, and Bonnie answer all your questions on how to choose, cook and handle tofu.
