ABINGTON — On January 27 at 6 p.m., Abington Free Library will present Tasty Tagines, a virtual cook-along with Philadelphia chef Dolores Peralta.
Guests will follow along in their own kitchens as Peralta prepares a Moroccan stew, and flatbread for scooping.
Worried about unfamiliar spices? We’ve got you covered. The week before the program, spice packets will be available in the lobby of the library, for people who have pre-registered.
Dolores Peralta is a food and wine educator based in the greater Philadelphia area, with a background in Cultural Anthropology and Education. She is a classically trained chef, pastry chef, and bread baker and currently works as the Director of Education and Content of an online wine retailer.
